On the pulse of the future

Where we come from and where we're headed

"It'll work somehow …" – Rüdiger Kutting's vocabulary didn't include sentences like this. He wasn't happy until he could say "It works perfectly and it's better than what is currently available on the market." This was the very idea behind his decision to found his own company in 1979. RK Kutting GmbH started out by developing sophisticated hose line systems for ultra high-pressure applications. This is an approach which Gisela Kutting resolutely and consistently followed from the mid-1980s onwards, when she took over management of the company after her husband's sudden death. As managing partner, she transformed the tiny five-person team into a globally operating and internationally renowned specialist in fluid systems. After acquiring the necessary specialist knowledge and tools of the trade over many years in the company, her daugther Alexandra Kutting has been providing her with professional support in all management matters since 2010.

RK Kutting is forging ahead with its innovative approach under this strong pair of managing directors – and is therefore gradually unlocking new marketing potential resulting from rapid advances in technologisation, among other factors. For a long time now, hose solutions from RK Kutting have been ensuring perfect temperature control and functional safety in a wide variety of applications. Digitalisation also holds enormous potential for new markets. And this is what makes us ideally equipped to take on the future, together with our around 200 employees at the Talheim site, as well as our subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and France. This is a future in which RK Kutting will continue to redefine standards – entirely in keeping with the spirit of the company founder.
